I'm Steve Smith and these are my home pages. I'm a freelance web/database developer, and I used to be a partner in SkiptonWeb. You're probably looking for my web portfolio. There's also an artwork gallery some bits on travels, scribblings, photography and an archive called the rest. Apart from that, maybe you're just looking for something that isn't here - email me and I'll get back to you.
This site has become a lot less friendly than it used to be. Sorry, but when it was built back in 2000 it served a particular purpose - to show my CV and to bring me work. Now I have too much work. It's like the Russians say: Work is like the wolf, it will always be there.
So it goes.
Nowadays, this site has gotten to be much less about being useful to outsiders and much more about... ah... my personal experiments... mmmmmwah ha ha ha ha... ahem. I mainly just use this space just to test stuff, nowadays.
But the single most important reason this website exists is this: it has to be here, or Keith will be on the phone to ask why. The weird thing is: he always gets my number from the contact page to do that.
